A:HEAD FOR BUSINESS is a day retreat for women in business that focusses on the mental wellbeing of female founders while providing invaluable business advice and savvy from women who know what it’s like to manage a business, a family and a relationship, all at the same time.

Set in the beautiful and peaceful grounds of Bethnal & Bec, the day will focus on connecting brilliant women and supporting them in maintaining mental wellness amid the stressors of running a business and juggling the mental load.
