Stop The Press: ASOS Are Doing Homeware
Like me, you may spend hours gazing longingly at interior design blogs on Instagram wondering how the fuckety fuck they can afford to spend over £1000 on a light fixture or £3000 on an overstuffed velvet sofa in blush pink. I don't begrudge anyone that, I'd just quite like to be able to do it myself. In the absence of such funds, I am delighted to hear that every average earners go-to website for affordable clothes that remain bang on catwalk trend, ASOS, have leaned into the homewares market and BOY do we love them for it.
The collection launched on February 4th, you could be forgiven for missing it. Website navigation isn't shouting about it but look closely and somewhere in Living & Gifts you'll find ASOS SUPPLY. Their new range includes bedding, accessories and wicker storage starting from £8 (my bank account just quivered with the whiff of possibility) and it's pretty damn cool.
With everything from leopard print towels to muted glassware to pompom adorned soft furnishings, the new ASOS Supply has a distinct whiff of Urban Outfitters home collection but with a little more flair and a lower price tag generally. Currently, evil eyes, the ever-present palm prints and bold geometrics dominate the designs but there are some ace pieces and definitely something for everyone.
Here are my favourite edits...Enjoy.
